8 moe specific, Casca?

Posted by: annika T. at August 10, 2005 09:39 PM (4xpFt)

9 OK, Casca can be a pain in the ass, but if the answer is Hon. Donald Rumsfeld, SecDef, you best be giving him the bucks, 'cause everyone knows his nickname in D.C. is "Rummy". But, if allowed a second guess, I might say: BZZZZ Who is Don Imus?

Posted by: shelly at August 10, 2005 09:52 PM (6mUkl)

10 To: Score Bard: There are two Boltons. One is the Ambassador, John, but the other is his brother, Josh, who is the Director of OMB, a sub-Cabinet appointment. Both are long time government wonks.

Posted by: shelly at August 10, 2005 09:57 PM (6mUkl)

11 As everyone in the Western world knows, I was referring to the man who has TWICE been SecDef, Donald Rumsfeld. How churlish of you to grill me.

Posted by: Casca at August 10, 2005 10:05 PM (qBTBH)

12 Don Imus? Annika wouldn't let Imus washboard the skidmarks from her skivvies after the Sacramento Chili Festival let alone have a beer with him.

Posted by: Casca at August 10, 2005 10:09 PM (qBTBH)

13 Being Poetry Day, I think Casca meant Rumi but my goggles might be a little foggy.

Posted by: d-rod at August 10, 2005 11:47 PM (I/36Q)

14 might as well take the garbage shot and get on the board. Bzzz. Who is Donald Rumsfeld.

Posted by: Ralphyboy at August 11, 2005 12:12 AM (H5dOK)

15 BZZZZZ Who is Sen. Rick Santorum? I finally have a chance to jump in (I think!) .

Posted by: Thomas Galvin at August 11, 2005 12:42 AM (cM5jG)

16 *buzzz* Who is Vice President Cheney?

Posted by: Victor at August 11, 2005 02:26 AM (l+W8Z)

17 Since I'm late to the party again. BZZZZ Who is Bono?

Posted by: Kyle at August 11, 2005 03:48 AM (4t42C)

18 (vomits on buzzer) Who is Michael Bolton!? Kevin

Posted by: Kevin Kim at August 11, 2005 03:51 AM (TDwc6)

19 Buehler? Buehler? Anyone?

Posted by: Casca at August 11, 2005 05:22 AM (qBTBH)

20 Kevin, do you mean Micheal Bolton the no-talent ass-clown became famous and started winning Grammys or the dude from Office Space?

Posted by: Victor at August 11, 2005 05:26 AM (L3qPK)

21 That's what I get for being late to the party. Ralphyboy already took one garbage shot, I might as well take one too. Ding. Who is John Bolton?

Posted by: Trevor at August 11, 2005 05:44 AM (RwZxT)

22 Imus is scary. Casca is correct and has control. i had to make sure, since "Rummy" could also refer to Mr. Gower. As in "That Rummy did twenty years in jail for poisoning a kid. If you know him you must be a jailboid yourself!"

Posted by: annika T. at August 11, 2005 06:28 AM (a2Zmp)

23 the clue is "Rummy"? Ding. Who is Ted Kennedy? Am I too late?

Posted by: gcotharn at August 11, 2005 08:31 AM (3Bn47)

24 Christus Victor, I was thinking of the love spawn of Yanni and Kenny G. If I'm not mistaken, this same Michael Bolton is a lightning rod for criticism and is considered hard to work for. He may also be the same dude who took a break from recording bad music to declare North Korea a "hellhole," which did not earn him plaudits from Kim Jong Il's administration. It's possible I'm confusing Michael Bolton with John Bolton, the mustachioed nominee for UN ambassador who is a lightning rod for criticism, is considered hard to work for, and who cranks out "lite jazz" for horny white people. Wait a minute... maybe I've confused them both with Tony Danza, the dude who starred in that old series, "Hoosier Daddy?" Kevin

25 Damn; I hate it when I defend someone and it beats me. Oh, well, Casca, you owe me one. Lighten up.

Posted by: shelly at August 11, 2005 09:36 AM (ywZa8)

26 Thank you, Kevin. Not for clearing that up, but for making me laugh my face off.

Posted by: Victor at August 11, 2005 11:07 AM (L3qPK)

27 Make it Profanity for four.

Posted by: Casca at August 11, 2005 07:02 PM (qBTBH)

28 Annie- if you've worked for him long enough, you'd probably reconsider the beer part..

Posted by: Col Steve at August 14, 2005 03:03 AM (D4tc1)

29 OMG -- WONDERFUL GEORGE BAILEY REFERENCE, ANNIKA!
