1 It's not possible to say good-bye to Doug. My husband and I met him at Pt. Loma Nazarene College in the mid-80's and we've never been able to forget him. We'll never forget when he rode the baggage carousel at the airport and got detained by airport security, when he ate ground-up crackers from the street, when he rigged the sound system to play Hell's Bells in chapel--sorry--wrong Pt. Loma legend--who would've thought he'd grow up to be a cartoonist?
